“Warrior 2”, “Warrior II”, and “Virabhadrasana II” all find the same pose. So do “Down Dog” and “Adho Mukha Svanasana”.
Yoga Pose Library
The Yoga Hours pose library lives inside Flow Builder, where a pose library belongs: at the moment you're building a class. Type a few letters, recognize the pose, tap, and keep planning.
It covers the poses teachers actually sequence with — across Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Power styles — kept deliberately practical rather than encyclopedic.
“Warrior 2”, “Warrior II”, and “Virabhadrasana II” all find the same pose. So do “Down Dog” and “Adho Mukha Svanasana”.
Poses carry their common aliases — search “Butterfly” and find Bound Angle, or “Caterpillar” and find Seated Forward Fold. One pose, every name you learned for it.
Use terminology the library doesn't know? Type it anyway — custom pose names are always welcome in your flows.
Need a hip opener for your cool down, or a balance pose for the peak? Browse the library by category, and each section of your class plan suggests its most-loved poses.
The library is text-first today — pose names, Sanskrit, and categories, built for fast planning. Pose illustrations are on our roadmap and will join the same library as it grows.
The library exists to feed the yoga sequence builder — every pose you pick lands in a class you can teach with the guided flow timer or print for the front of the room.
