How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Yoga Hours account directly within the mobile app by following these steps:
- Open the Yoga Hours app on your device
- Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top right corner
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen
- Tap Delete Account
- Read the confirmation message and tap Delete to confirm
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your user profile and account credentials
- All teaching hour entries
- All practice hour entries
- All training programs and goals
- Any locally stored app data on your device
Data Retention
Subscription Information
If you have an active subscription, please note:
- Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription
- You must cancel your subscription separately through your device's subscription settings
- iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Yoga Hours → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Go to Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Yoga Hours → Cancel Subscription
We recommend canceling your subscription before deleting your account to avoid any future charges.
Can't Access the App?
If you cannot access the app and need to request account deletion, please contact us through our contact page.
Please include the email address associated with your account in your request. We will verify your identity and process your deletion request within 7 business days.
